Yan Yongchun, the Banner of Urat Middle Banner of Inner Mongolia, led a delegation of government officials from Urat Middle Banner of Bayannur, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, to Dawudian Graphite mine field to carry out on spot investigation on January 19, 2018. With the temperature of 10 degree below zero, the Banner Yan and the delegation were not afraid of such ice-cold weather and remained to listen to the Dawudian Graphite Planning Introduction given by Matrass C-Graphene Chairman Gu.
